Shipping - All Orders Flat Rate

Our flat rate pricing makes our cost per item one of the lowest on the internet.

Shipping charges are simple. We ship US Mail to every state for the same price. This includes Hawaii and Alaska as well as APO and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Costs:

• $6.00 for orders up to $125.00. $15.00 for orders $125 and up. (5-7 working days from date of shipment)
• NOTE! Shipping specials may apply
• US Priority mail can be purchased for $3.00 additional (2-3 working days from date of shipment)
• FREE Upgrade to priority shipping for any order over $30.00. A free $3.00 value.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund at any time.

Orders are charged at the time the order is placed.

Backorders

Geyser Vacuum stocks a large inventory and ships most orders 24 hours from the time you receive a processing notification. We will notify you of any delays longer than 3 days and will ship your order with a free upgrade to priority mail at no additional charge when we are able to ship.

When receiving your order

Once you have received your order, please check it carefully to be sure it is what you wanted and will work for you. Many times customers order well in advance of their need and if a mistake is made, it may be too late to return it.

Returns

Orders may be returned within 60 days of date on receipt. You must call to determine cause of error before returning. We will make no adjustment or refund without prior approval.

If you have ordered an item incorrectly. You may return the item for refund, except for shipping charges. Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund if you received free shipping originally.  

If we ship the wrong product. Our apologies in advance. We will credit you for the return shipping and reship the correct item Priority mail at no additional charge for shipping.

Note: I have visited many websites and have never seen such convoluted and unfriendly return policies before. I appreciate your business to begin with and will help you with any problems you may have after the sale without restocking fees, penalties or forms to fill out. Dave
