Riccar Vacuum Cleaners

Riccar America, the maker of Riccar Vacuum Cleaners, has been utilizing its dealer network to sell home products for more than 55 years.  Riccar manufactures a variety of home products, but is perhaps best known for its line of high quality vacuum cleaners.  Riccar offers several different styles of vacuum cleaners, including upright models, canisters, eight-pound models, and central vacuums.  These vacuums are sold only through authorized dealers, and each dealer must be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, and solid follow-up information and resources for the Riccar products.

Upright Vacuums

Riccar's original upright vacuum is its Premium Radiance model, which offers Riccar's own Tandem Air System for enhancing cleaning performance and HEPA filtration. In addition to its performance in cleaning visible carpet dirt and debris, this technology traps up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.  Riccar's Premium Radiance model includes a sensor that monitors the depth of embedded dirt and particles to indicate when maximum cleaning potential has been achieved.  The Premium Radiance is the premier Riccar upright model for home use, and offers a variety of advanced user and durability features.  The base Radiance model and the Brilliance model also use Riccar's Tandem Air System.  In addition to models designed for home use, Riccar offers uprights for commercial use.

Canister Vacuums

Riccar offers a full line of canister vacuum cleaners designed to meet the challenges of floor cleaning in homes that may have a variety of different floor surfaces, ranging from carpet to wood to marble.  Riccar's luxury canister model is its 1800 Premium canister offering excellent cleaning power, luxury features, and quiet operation.  In addition to its Premium model, canister-style Riccar vacuum cleaners are available in full, mid, and compact sizes to fit any home.

Eight-Pound Vacuums

Riccar vacuum cleaners also come in a variety of SupraLite models, each weighing eight pounds or less.  The RL5 is Riccar's flagship deluxe eight-pound vacuum, with the most luxury features and highest quality of all the SupraLite models.  The RL4, RL3, and RL1A models all provide excellent value as well, with high quality, durable construction and incredible ease of use owing to their ultra light weight.  The SupraLite Commercial model offers all of these advantages, plus additional durability and heavy-duty performance that make it ideal for commercial applications.

Central Vacuums

Riccar central vacuums are designed with excellent indoor air quality in mind, and are available for homes ranging in size from 4,000 to 20,000 square feet.  Riccar's high performing central vacuum units are available in filtered cyclonic and HEPA bagged models.  These units are quiet to operate and add to a home's market value.

Quality Vacuums, Made in the USA

The Riccar Company’s corporate offices are located in California, and all Riccar vacuum cleaners are manufactured in the United States at Tacony Manufacturing, in St. James, Missouri.  The machines are distributed nationwide through five warehouse facilities that supply Riccar vacuum cleaners to authorized dealers throughout the United States.  The company prides itself on offering high quality vacuum cleaners, with exacting design standards, quality materials, and durable construction.
