Bissell Vacuum Cleaner Tools and Accessories

Bissell has several different models of vacuums that can help you meet your cleaning needs. These vacuums may focus on cleaning up after pets, such as the Pet Hair Eraser vacuum, or may be designed to help remove allergens from your home, such as the Health Home vacuum. Many of the accessories are interchangeable for all types of Bissell vacuums.

If you have the Pet Hair Eraser vacuum you may also want to purchase the Pet Pack. This is a special handheld vacuum attachment that has been designed to get the pet hair that stubbornly sticks to upholstery and stairs. You may also consider getting the Pet Turbo Brush in addition to the Pet Pack. The Pet Turbo Brush is another tool to use with pet hair. It uses a beating brush to help loosen the pet hair for the vacuum cleaner. This vacuum is bagless, but it does require a HEPA filter.

The Healthy Home Vacuum was designed to trap dust and allergens to make your home a cleaner healthier place. One great accessory for this vacuum is the Combination Upholstery/Dusting Brush. This brush is designed to dust your shelves and other furniture. Instead of simply moving the dust around it pulls it into the vacuum cleaner, making your home cleaner and eliminating dust. You can also buy a telescoping wand so you can reach the dust bunnies that gather in the corners of your ceiling.

If you have the Momentum Cyclonic Vacuum you can buy a Turbo Brush to use on upholstery or in the car for quick and effective clean up. You can also purchase the Pet Pack and the Dusting Brush to go with this canister vacuum cleaner. You may want to consider purchasing the Wide Window Brush Roller to help you effectively clean your windows.

If you have a canister vacuum such as Garage Pro, you should consider purchasing the Multi Surface Floor tools, which allows you to switch easily from vacuuming carpet to vacuuming hardwood or linoleum floors. You can also purchase additional extension wands for the hard to reach places and an Accessory Caddy, which allows storage of the various tools such as the Dusting Brush and Precision Blower tool.

If you have the Pet Hair Eraser Hand Held Vacuum you can also purchases accessories for this vacuum. One of these accessories is a Flexible Contour Nozzle; this makes it easier to get to hard to reach places. You can also purchase a hard nozzle attachment for this vacuum cleaner.

For the upright vacuum cleaners, most of the accessories are interchangeable. For instance the Pet Pack will work with any of the upright vacuum cleaners, as will the dusting tool. You will need to check to see the types of bags needed for certain vacuums. Additionally, most parts are available for purchase, so repairing your vacuum cleaner or changing the belt or light bulb should not be difficult or expensive to do.
